The property offers an open plan living space with comfortable seating, TV and electric fireplace. Kitchen and dining area with built in appliances to include; dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric hob, oven and washing/dryer machine. Dining seating area for four with kitchen patio doors that lead onto the cover terrace area. Tripled glazed and with modern electric heating throughout, this bungalow offers a cosy retreat no matter the season. The property offers two cosy bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and a double bedroom. The bedrooms have some open shelving and hanging space to for your clothes The shared bathroom offers a walk-in shower, wc and washbasin. The glass balustrades wrap around the terrace offering unhindered sea views. The covered patio offers sheltered seating and private terrace to enjoy a drink or recover after a session in the barrel sauna. Our perfectly positioned barrel sauna also enjoys views over harbour and is ideal for recharging while watching the sunset.

Our bungalow offers parking for 2 cars. The town of Burtonport is just a couple minutes drive away and can also be accessed on foot in 10 minutes via a scenic trail.
